As a coach, I empower my clients to lead a lifestyle that makes them healthier, stronger, more resilient and therefore happier.
Sport has always been part of my life: through tennis, judo, handball, basketball and several years of second division volleyball, I discovered the fun of training and competition, my passion for strength training and finally in 2010, my calling as a coach.
After a few semesters of biochemistry and a degree in health management, I attended numerous further and advanced training courses in the areas of strength, endurance and athletic training as well as nutrition, supplementation and regeneration. I also had the honour of learning from the legendary coach Charles Poliquin (Biosignature Practicioner & PICP Level 3 Coach).
Over the years I formed and consolidated my own coaching philosophy, which is based on:
• positive energy & mental strength
• disciplined, demanding training
• the unconditional will to improve constantly
• sound scientific knowledge & methods
• high resilience.
An athletic body is a welcome by-product of real fitness – never the other way round. I demonstrate this to my clients every day – you won't get any workouts or challenges from me that I haven't already mastered myself.
As versatile as my own training has been over the years, so are the goals and requirements of my clients. But no matter what gender or age, beginner or pro: if you are ready to leave your comfort zone, have stamina and determination, then I have the tools and experience to get the most out of you!

Do you want to achieve results quickly and effectively or are you looking for maximum flexibility and privacy? With 1:1 personal training, the focus is on you: every training session is 100% tailored to your individual needs, goals and requirements. This gives you a tailor-made programme that will get you to your goal efficiently and sustainably.
For even more motivation, you train together with your training partner in 1:2 coaching - with the same personalised care and support, but twice as much energy and team spirit.

A maximum of 4 people train at the same time - this ensures a private atmosphere for maximum efficiency, comfort and focussed training - without waiting times at equipment or overcrowded training areas.
Your membership begins with a detailed initial check-up (analysis of your body composition, medical history, mobility tests, nutritional coaching and introduction to training). In addition, you will receive a personalised training plan every four weeks to support your progress in the best possible way.

HYROX combines functional strength training and endurance training in a unique mix that inspires both as a competition format and as an effective training concept. You can expect group training with an intensive energy level and maximum motivation. You will be part of a dynamic group that works together on strength, endurance and mental power. Whether you are preparing for a HYROX competition or simply want to take your fitness to a new level - this training programme is ideal for anyone who enjoys a challenge and team spirit.

I need to know where you stand so that I know how to take you further. By analysing your body precisely, I can see what you need to take the next step. Whether it's a lack of nutrients, poor sleep or high stress levels - I analyse what's holding you back and where we need to start.

Strength training with free weights and body weight, weight lifting, endurance training on the Rower, Assault Runner, Assault Bike, on the SkiErg or with the Sled. The focus depends not only on your goals but also on your condition and your body analysis.
